When purchasing from our wig collection please be sure to know exactly what you are ordering. Once your order is fulfilled there is no refunds or exchanges.

We accept all major credit cards/ debits card. The mailing address associated with the card used to place order must match shipping address or order will not be processed.

 

Acknolegement Form

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email that will have a acknowledgment form attached. You must reply with the right response acknowledging that you made the purchase or your order will be canceled and refunded..

Turnaround Time

When Purchasing a Ready to Ship wig your order will be shipped out within 2 business days. If wig is custom turnaround is 7-14 business days.
